Work with third party vendor to conduct competitive prices shops on market basket and labor rate pricing
Analyze results from price shops and make recommendations for price changes to Category Managers
Implement price changes in 100 unique price books
Responsible for maintaining pricing on all Service products, jobs and labor rates
Responsible for standardization of job buttons across all price books
Implementation of all Service coupons and special offers in POS
Collaborate with Category Managers and Analytics on pricing tests and implement changes when necessary
Quality assurance that promotions accurately reflected in POS
Coordination with IT in implementation of direct data changes.
Identifying strategies for improving POS functionality and coordinating with IT to get improvements executed
Work with website development team to ensure online prices properly reflect POS
Coordinate with field leadership on labor rate recommendations and analyze potential impact of changes
Respond quickly to POS and price book help tickets submitted by store management
Continuous identification of Service gross margin improvement
Creation of POS playbooks for stores to follow during promotional events
8+ years pricing analysis and execution - preferably in Service industry
Automotive experience a plus
