We provide private label credit card solutions for over 6,000 tire and auto repair merchants across the country.

Position Summary:

Taking inbound calls from customers to answer their questions about their credit card account.

Responsibilities:

We are searching for those who have at least three years of telephone or retail customer service experience, speak either English, or English and Spanish languages, and are able to type at least 20 words per minute, and want to join our winning team!

Qualifications:

We offer a pay rate of $12.75 to $14.75 per hour, depending upon education, experience and language skills. We also offer paid vacation and holidays, medical and prescription benefits, a 401(k) plan, employee discounts from our Firestone retail locations and more!

Work Shift Available:

M-F 12:30pm -9:00pm and working everyother Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm with a day off when working Saturday.
